Instructions:

  1. You will need to be able to access your SCDIT email. You can do this by using our webmail. Here is the address:
    https://mail.scdit.com/owa
  2. You will use your SCDIT network user name and password. This is usually your first.lastname format. You do not use your full email address. If you have issues please contact the helpdesk at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or (410) 290-0875.

  3. Now that you can access the email use your web browser to access the remote connection. The address is:
    https://scdinfotech.screenconnect.com
  4. Here you use the user name and password provided to you. The user name should be in this format:  first.lastname  , and if you do not remember the password simply click the forgot password link below the login.

  5. You may be prompted for your OTP or One Time Password. This will be emailed to your SCDIT email. It will be 6 numbers. Type that in and check "Trust this Device".
  6.  Your computer will be listed. Just double-click on the machine to connect.
  7. If your work computer has multiple monitors you may need to select which monitor you want to see. Click on the button at the top and choose ALL or click on the monitor you only want to see.

  8.  You will need to "CTL + ALT + DEL" to enter your credentials and you do this by clicking on the lightening bolt icon in the top menu and click on "Send Ctrl + Alt + Cmd" button.

  9.  If you do not see your name there click "Other user" in the lower left and enter your name.

  10. To sign-off of the remote computer do not put the remote computer into sleep mode. Simply "Lock" or "Sign out" then click the red X in the upper right to close the window.

    If you accidentally put your computer into Sleep mode someone will have to physically press the power button on the remote computer to get it back online.

Instructions for ordering:

  1. Choose the category of the item you want. And select the item you are interested in.

  2. Click the "view all available colors" link to preview the color options for the particular item.

  3. Select the quantity, color and size that you would like for the item.
    *Note - If you need help with sizing, refer to the links in the "Buying Tips" tab, next to the overview.

  4. After entering quantities, size, and colors you would like, hit the orange continue button at the bottom.

  5. On the next screen you select the logo you would like, and the location you would like it applied on the item. It will show you a preview of the logo you have selected. Press continue when you have your logo and position selected.
    *Note - if you are choosing a dark colored item, please use the "Just Text" logo option. During checkout, make sure to indicate a white thread color in the "Special Requests" area. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT to ensure the logo is visible on a dark colored item.

  6. It will now take you to your shopping bag, which should be populated with the item you have just finished selecting, as well as any additional items in your bag. When you are finished adding items, click "proceed to checkout".
    *Note - You will need our Customer Number: 4854377

  7. Fill out all form items for you shipping information, and then click continue. Review your order, and make sure to fill in any thread color (white or black) special requests for the "Just Text" logo. Hit continue. Enter your payment info and email address. Hit submit to place your order.
